The Billy Goat Outback® Tractor 2WD delivers premium comfort, excellent control, and superb cutting strength for demanding brush and high-grass applications. Its 22 HP Briggs & Stratton® 8240 PXi V-Twin engine powers a 110 cm fabricated mower deck with three offset blades designed to tackle tall grass, dense growth and uneven terrain across orchards, meadows, vineyards and large private properties. Seven cutting heights (3–8.5 cm) offer flexibility in changing conditions, while the Tuff Torq® K62M hydrostatic transaxle provides smooth, responsive control. A differential lock enhances traction when the ground gets challenging, and turf-tread tyres help protect delicate surfaces.

Features

Powerful engine

The Outback® Tractor 2WD is powered by a reliable Briggs & Stratton® 8240 PXi V-Twin engine with a dual-element air cleaner for added protection in dusty, high-grass conditions.

Protection rail

The rigid protection rail wraps around the seat deck protecting both the machine and the operator. It also serves as a secure grip on the machine, i.e. if you need to lean outwards while mowing edges.

User friendly dashboard

The operator's compartment features a dashboard with control and warning lights, throttle lever, electric PTO engagement switch, reverse mowing option switch, steering wheel (with tilt-function and spinner knob on the 4WD model), cruise control switch and a parking-brake lever.

Heavy duty front bumper

The heavy duty front bumper is frame mounted and protects the tractor against accidental impacts and incorporates tie-down points for securing the machine during transportation.

Durable high grass mower deck

The strong fabricated mower deck with open front design discharges grass clippings rearwards. The three mower spindles host cross blades that are positioned at an offset cutting height. This
enhances its performance in high grass conditions with excellent particle reduction, and also performs well at nicely manicured lawns.

Comfortable seat

The Outback tractor features a comfortable, ergonomic Cobo seat that ensures proper seating even when riding on rough terrain. The seat is adjustable in 6 positions.

Differential lock

Both Outback tractors feature a manual differential lock that locks the rear wheels together. This enables you to keep driving even if one of the rear wheels would slip.

Drive wheels

Large drive wheels with agricultural tread ensure sufficient grip for the 4WD model even on steeper slopes. The 2WD model features turf-friendly tyres that are suitable for well-manicured lawns.

Cruise control

When mowing larger areas it is nice to be able to set the speed so you can place your right foot in a more comfortable position.
