The Billy Goat Z3000CE Stand-On Blower is the high-output model in the Hurricane™ range, built for fast, controlled clean-ups across large commercial sites. Powered by a 35 HP Vanguard® V-Twin engine, it delivers up to 241 m³/min of airflow through left, right, or forward discharge, with zero-turn manoeuvrability and a dual hydrostatic drive for precise handling.

The elevated stand-on position gives operators a clear view of the work area for accurate directional blowing along kerbs, fences, and obstacles. A wide operator platform with integrated thigh padding provides stability and comfort during long shifts, while the joystick and Quad Control Handle System™ allow quick, intuitive control of both machine movement and airflow direction.

The Dual Deflector Air Flow System™ makes airflow fully adjustable for deeper, more efficient leaf and debris movement.

Joystick Deflector Control

The joystick allows the operator full control of the air flow direction, from left, right or forward directions. Pulling back on the joystick closes all deflectors for transport.

LED Lights

Integrated LED lights in the operator platform allows working and loading into dusk, extending the work day.

Torsion Mounted Front Axle Assembly
